Every Step, Expertly Managed

Quantum’s White-Glove Service begins with a collaborative consultation phase, where Quantum works directly with integrators and clients to define the project scope, usage, and design parameters. Leveraging architectural drawings and trade plans, the Quantum team delivers a fully coordinated schematic, covering all key considerations—from HVAC, cabling, and power to construction materials and mounting details.

Once the foundation is set, Quantum configures the XDR4-8K’s internal processor to align with the client’s chosen source equipment and control system, ensuring seamless integration. The company then delivers the components to the job site and personally assists with installation, including:

  • Application of finish-grade plywood backing
  • Construction of the video wall frame
  • Placement of individually calibrated LED panels
  • Termination of CAT6 cabling

Installation is completed in as little as 4 to 7 days, after which Quantum performs professional calibration based on environmental light conditions and room usage. The process concludes with full commissioning and testing of each source device, guaranteeing studio-quality picture reproduction across the entire system.

To ensure longevity and minimal downtime, Quantum also provides spare, pre-calibrated modules, allowing integrators to make diode-level repairs quickly, without additional service calls or technical delays.

A Sales-Ready, Future-Ready Solution

Large-scale video walls are a major investment, often requiring detailed technical knowledge and a strong value proposition to justify the cost. With its CEDIA Expo debut of its new XDR4-8K Extreme LED Wall, Quantum gives integrators a compelling product to present to discerning homeowners. Backed by Hollywood studios and used for private cinematic screenings, the XDR4-8K offers true native 8K resolution, advanced scaling, and ultra-slim 3½-inch design, delivering modern aesthetics with studio-grade imaging at up to 2,000 nits of brightness.

Other compelling, industry-leading features of the XDR4-8K Extreme LED Wall include:

  • 0.7mm pixel pitch, which enhances image clarity and realism while allowing viewers to sit closer to the screen without visible pixelation. It also generates significantly less heat and noise compared to traditional video walls.
  • DCI compliance, enabling access to first-run films on the exclusive Bel Air Circuit.
  • Proprietary glare-free panels that maintain high visual clarity, even in rooms with ambient light.
  • CinemaScope auto aspect detection, which automatically adjusts the display to match the content’s format.
  • Multi-window display modes for flexible, dynamic viewing of multiple sources simultaneously.
  • HDMI 2.1 support with a 120Hz refresh rate, delivering ultra-smooth motion for fast-paced content such as sports, gaming, and action films. The higher refresh rate reduces motion blur and judder, ensuring a more lifelike viewing experience and improved visual comfort during extended use.
  • 100% P3 color space, offering a wide and vibrant color gamut for accurate, cinema-grade color reproduction across all content.

All of this, backed by Quantum’s White-Glove support, turns even novice integrators into confident sellers and installers.

“From our perspective, technology should never compromise the experience; it should elevate it,” says Kyle Steele, founder and CEO of Global Wave Integration. “Quantum didn’t just meet our expectations; they matched our obsession for service excellence. World-class solutions demand world-class support, and that’s exactly why Quantum earned our trust.”
