Meridian Audio to Bring Hi-Res Solutions to ISE 2018
Meridian Audio will be showcasing innovative new products and exciting partnerships at ISE 2018 (Stand 7-E210).
Visitors can see and hear Meridian’s hi-res audio solutions, including a number of versatile new products, and learn how to create the best possible listening experience for their clients.

Meridian will unveil the UHD722 Ultra High Definition Audio Processor at ISE 2018. This 4K switching solution incorporates Multichannel Meridian High Resolution (MMHR) output, enabling connection to existing processors, which results in a significant uplift in the audio system’s sound quality. Providing the perfect link for seamless, high-resolution audio, the UHD722 features Meridian’s unique high-resolution Upsampling and Apodising technologies to offer the best possible performance from Blu-ray Disc®, satellite/TV receivers, and gaming consoles.
In addition, with new, updated features, the award-winning M6 Digital Active Loudspeaker will also be demonstrated. For the first time, The M6’s signature room-filling sound is now available with just a single loudspeaker thanks to its new “mono” mode. Both the left and right channels are summed, meaning you don’t lose any of the information, enabled using Meridian’s unique mono algorithms, first developed for the popular in-wall DSP320. The M6 is not only visually stunning but also provides perfectly matched and sonically balanced sound in any room.
Exclusively for ISE 2018, integrators will be able to preview the 210 Streamer, designed to bring Bluetooth, Apple Airplay, and Spotify Connect to Meridian products. Additional innovations from Meridian’s growing 200 series range are also on display. These include the 271 Digital Theatre Controller, which provides the perfect link to integrate any analog or digital AV processor or receiver with Meridian’s DSP loudspeakers, and the 251 Powered Zone Controller, bringing Meridian’s superior audio performance to a variety of analog speaker applications.
For the complete home cinema solution, Meridian will be on hand to inform visitors of its complimentary Design and Specification Service. This service delivers complete schemes quickly, featuring Meridian products alongside technologies from Meridian partners, including Barco Residential, Display Technologies, and Cinema-ATS acoustic treatments, allowing integrators to save design time on a project. Visitors to Barco’s sound room at ISE 2018 (Sound Room E107) will have the opportunity to experience Meridian’s renowned sound quality together with Barco projectors.
