Uniden® cellular by Siyata Creates Opportunity for Residential and Resimercial Custom Integrators with Cellular Booster Kits Designed for Home and Small Business

Uniden Cellular Booster Kits Logo Uniden® Smart Cellular Booster Kits solve cell coverage problems while offering aggressive margins, brand recognition, and sales support for the custom integrator.

CHAMPLAIN, NY (June 27, 2022) — Uniden® cellular by Siyata is making inroads in the custom integration market with cellular booster kits for the home and small business that not only eliminate weak cellular signals for failsafe phone calls and text; fast, uninterrupted streaming; and total peace of mind for the end-user, but also offer attractive benefits that help grow the integrator’s business.

Integrators who choose to engage with Uniden® cellular as dealer partners enjoy aggressive margins on the latest in cellular booster technology products; are able to offer a brand name that customers know and trust, and enjoy a dedicated sales/technical support team along with robust educational and marketing materials. They also have access to the right cellular booster solutions to make their clients happy, which means repeat business and referrals.

“Everyone deserves a great cellular signal to enjoy all the benefits of a cellular device— whether they need it for safety and security on a job site in a small business, to communicate with loved ones, or for streaming entertainment like a movie or videogame in today’s smart homes,” says Ari Schachter, COO of Siyata. “We’re excited to increasingly work with integrators in the custom home technology channel, as well as those who do resimercial and light commercial work. The breadth of our product line means there is a solution to address poor cellular signal in homes and small businesses of various sizes while delivering key benefits to integrators.” Uniden cellular boosters

Uniden® Smart Cellular Signal Booster Kits for the Home and Small Business come with everything installers need for a quick and easy installation, including the cellular signal booster itself, a donor antenna, a server antenna, and cables. First, the Uniden® outdoor antenna captures the cellular signal from outside of the home or building and sends it into the Uniden® smart cellular booster. Then the booster amplifies the signal and sends it to the server antenna. Finally, the server antenna distributes the new, stronger signal to the troubled area, providing very strong signal for crystal clear phone calls and lightning-fast data speeds.

Uniden’s Home and Small Business line start with the Uniden® U60C Cellular Booster Kit ($397 MSRP), which boosts up to 20 cellular devices and is ideal for smaller homes and offices up to 1,500 square feet. The Uniden® U65C Cellular Booster Kit ($497 MSRP)  is capable of boosting 30 devices in spaces up to 2,500 square feet. The Uniden® U65XC Cellular Booster Kit ($547 MSRP) handles up to 50 devices in spaces up to 4,500 square feet. Enterprise-grade boosters and custom solutions are also available for larger residences and estates. All Uniden® cellular boosters work with major US and Canadian cellular service providers.

TV Personality and Music Journalist Allison Hagendorf’s Outdoor Patio Gets ‘The Right Sound’ With Leon Terra Speakers

Allison Hagendorf 3

Music industry TV personality Allison Hagendorf knows great sound when she hears it, choosing Leon’s Terra line of outdoor speakers for her and husband Brian Jaffe’s new SoCal abode’s outdoor spaces.

[Ann Arbor, MI] – June 20, 2022 – Music is everything to television personality and music journalist Allison Hagendorf, and it’s easy to see why. Hagendorf’s love of music and renowned ear for rock has led to a career of dream music industry jobs. From VJing on MTV to scouting talent for Sony and Columbia to acting as Spotify’s “Head of Rock,” Hagendorf knows great sound. When it came to needing her own audio system in her new Southern California home’s outdoor spaces, it was important she found speakers that would accurately represent her music. Allison’s husband Brian Jaffe, also in the industry as a music manager, has high expectations for music reproduction, as well. They turned to Leon Speakers for audio that would allow them to hear the music as close to the original recording as possible. Allison Hagendorf 2

“YUNGBLUD came over to our house, excited to play his new music,” says Hagendorf.  “At the time we had just moved into the house, and we were listening to his music on an unacceptable speaker … I was devastated while he was playing his music. He didn’t care, but to me, it was about the integrity of hearing the music as it should be heard and respecting the work he put into it.”

Hagendorf was looking to use the outdoor area not just as a relaxing oasis, but also as a place to host company and allow industry friends and coworkers to share their music in a way that would honor their talent. It was important for her that the high-end audio blend naturally with the surroundings and withstand environmental wear and tear. Leon’s Terra line of customizable and durable outdoor audio was the perfect match.

Working with Leon and local integrator Futronix AV, Hagendorf and Jaffe divided their backyard into four distinct zones of audio: the front patio, back patio, outdoor kitchen, and pool. Various models of Leon’s Terra speakers provided the ideal blend of high-fidelity sound, outdoor durability, and subtle, design-focused style throughout each area.

In the front patio, Terra Boundary speakers, finished in a bright white to match the furniture and surrounding structure, are tucked discreetly into the eaves of the patio roof to deliver an immersive audio experience. The speakers’ cast-frame AC Series woofers and inverted titanium dome fluid-cooled tweeter provide powerful bass and high, clear tones for anyone dining or enjoying the shade on a hot California day.

Recessed into the wall of the back patio is the “sonic centerpiece” of the backyard: a custom-designed Leon Horizon soundbar built with marine-grade outdoor drivers and dimensions matching Hagendorf’s 75-inch Samsung outdoor television. More Boundary speakers round out the system to create a next-level surround-sound environment.

For the softscape surrounding the pool and outdoor kitchen, Hagendorf chose Leon’s Terra LuminSound outdoor speakers for their combination of subtle, modern style and full-range acoustics. At night, the speakers’ 360° LED lighting also creates a diffused glow throughout the area. Installed alongside the LuminSounds, the Terra Outdoor Speaker and partially buried Terra Subwoofer create the perfect far-reaching, wide-range acoustic experience for the couple and their guests as they move about the area.

The entire Terra line is IP67-rated against water and dust, and features marine-grade drivers in precision-fit, waterproof cabinets, meaning Hagendorf’s sound system will be fully protected from the elements in even the harshest weather.

Allison Hagendorf 5“Our experience with everyone [at Leon] was just so unique and so wonderful. These are real music people … we turned our backyard into the best listening experience possible,” adds Hagendorf.

Quantum Media Systems Cinematic XDR LED Video Wall Emphasizes Performance, Ecosystem

Quantum Media Systems has been designing, engineering, and facilitating studio-grade digital cinema technology for pro screening rooms, commercial theaters, private theaters, and beyond for 20+ years. Owned by Ken Hoffman and Cesar Guerrero, QMS has traditionally put an emphasis on two-piece projection systems. Within the last five years, however, it has transitioned its focus on the development and integration of its own Fine Pitch LED walls.

“We felt that the image quality in existing LED offerings could be improved dramatically. With our experience in very high-end projectors, we knew how it should look and thought if we could get LED to the point where it gives us the best that projectors can do and more, we’d have a really amazing product line,” says Hoffman.

QMS designed its LED video wall—known as the Cinematic XDR—for high-end digital cinema, sourcing its own diodes, chips, and processors direct from component manufacturers, then engineering the LED video wall for the best performance and images on any source–from Blu-ray to Kaleidescape to streaming. Beyond its incredible performance, QMS couples its LED video wall with an entire ‘ecosystem’ that enables integration partners to seamlessly create a stellar visual experience. This includes consultation on playing content from all sources, Crestron modules for easy integration, on-site custom installation, and certified image calibration.

Quantum Media Systems’ XDR LED video wall will debut at CEDIA Expo 2022 in the Arts District #7 Demo Room in the Skywalk to the Omni hotel, adjacent to the convention center. learn more here: https://www.qmsprivatetheater.com/.

BLUFFDALE, UTAH – May 24, 2022 – Listen Technologies Corporation, the leading provider of advanced wireless listening solutions for 23 years, will showcase its full suite of listening solutions at InfoComm 2022 in Las Vegas June 4-10, including the newest additions and updates to its Listen EVERYWHERE and ListenTALK product lines.  Listen Technologies also will provide ListenTALK to support all InfoComm-hosted tours. Media are invited to visit booth W1323 in the Conferencing & Collaboration Pavilion to see Listen Technologies product demos and learn more.

Listen Technologies is committed to providing inclusive audio experiences in any environment. Each innovative technology can be adapted and scaled to support a venue’s changing needs. All of its solutions are easy to use and deliver exceptional audio quality.

“Over the past two years, Listen Technologies has continued innovating and designing solutions that meet our customers’ evolving needs. We strive to foster inclusion with each of our products, and we are excited to return to InfoComm in person to demonstrate our technologies,” said Maile Keone, president and CEO of Listen Technologies.

Listen EVERYWHERE Product Suite Additions and Enhancements
Listen EVERYWHERE streams audio over a Wi-Fi network to smart devices and is compatible with Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids and speakers and telecoil-enabled hearing aids when paired with a neck loop.

Listen EVERYWHERE remains popular among venue administrators and end-users because it is easy and affordable for venues to set up, lets listeners use their own smart devices to hear live or recorded audio clearly despite hearing loss, noise, or distance, and offers the industry’s lowest latency. It is ideal for use in houses of worship, courtrooms, classrooms, theaters, manufacturing plants, museums, and corporate board rooms.

LWR-1020 Infocomm 2022Listen Technologies will showcase the new LWR-1020 Listen EVERYWHERE receiver at InfoComm. The LWR-1020 makes the Listen EVERYWHERE assistive listening system compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Venues with Listen EVERYWHERE can now offer dedicated Listen EVERYWHERE receivers to guests who do not have, or prefer not to use, their smartphone to stream real-time audio (shown above). The receiver also supports hearing aid and cochlear implant telecoils when used with a neck loop.

Having dedicated Listen EVERYWHERE receivers to offer guests, in addition to neck loops and signage, ensures venues are in compliance with ADA requirements for assistive listening. All guests who would like to experience audio over Wi-Fi and the exceptional audio clarity it provides will be able to do so. The LWR-1020 receiver is available in the U.S.A. as an add-on to existing Listen EVERYWHERE servers. The receiver is also available in a bundled ADA compliant assistive listening SKU (LWS-10).Additionally, Listen Technologies will demonstrate a new Listen EVERYWHERE server and private channels feature. The new LW-150P-02-D Listen EVERYWHERE two-channel server with onboard Dante® is compatible with all Dante-enabled products. The Listen EVERYWHERE private channels feature allows venues to create confidential, password-protected audio channels on their networks.

Expanded ListenTALK Functionality and InfoComm Tours
ListenTALK is Listen Technologies’ award-winning mobile two-way communication system that lets users communicate in any environment, while maintaining a safe physical distance. A recent firmware update enhanced the system’s versatility and made it easier for interpreters to provide simultaneous language interpretation without additional equipment. ListenTALK transceivers (combination transmitter/receiver) are easy to set up and group. Up to 20 groups can be created or languages can be interpreted in the same space, making ListenTALK an ideal solution for trade shows, conventions, and other large events like InfoComm.

ListenTALK

“We are eager for people to experience the power, reliability, and clarity of ListenTALK during tours at InfoComm and at venues around Las Vegas,” added Keone. “We are honored InfoComm selected ListenTALK to support and enhance participants’ tour experiences with clear audio.”

Options to Meet Unique Needs and Foster Inclusion
Listen Technologies will demonstrate the new LA-438 and the LA-439 Advanced Neck Loops during InfoComm. Both provide a reliable and effective way for listeners with t-coil-equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants to utilize Listen EVERYWHERE and ListenTALK. The LA-438 is an adult-sized neck loop while the LA-439 is a smaller version that better fits children.

Listen Technologies also will demonstrate its ListenIR and ListenRF assistive listening systems. ListenIR is an infrared (IR) product that offers reliable coverage and a cost-effective and easy way to install a solution for assistive listening, interpretation, and other wireless audio applications. ListenRF operates similarly to ListenIR but transmits sound over radio frequency (RF). Listen Technologies is the only manufacturer that offers radio frequency assistive listening systems in both the 72 and 216 MHz frequency ranges. Systems in the 216 MHz expands coverage for large theaters, arenas, and stadiums and allows the user to move around in large venues without losing the signal.

Application Stories
The versatility of Listen Technologies solutions and creativity of Listen customers and partners are evident in several recent installations. Some of the case studies Listen Technologies will highlight at InfoComm include:
