Leon Introduces FrameBar, an Ultra-Thin Soundbar Designed to Match the Width & Finish of Samsung’s The Frame TV

A design-friendly solution for integrating high-end audio with The Frame, FrameBar
comes in two models and four finishes to blend in seamlessly with the TV.

[Ann Arbor, MI] – July 21, 2020 – While consumers love how Samsung’s The Frame looks more like an art piece than a TV, integrators have often struggled with how to add high-end audio to the installation. Leading soundbar manufacturer Leon Speakers announced today the launch of FrameBar, a discreet, ultra-thin soundbar that was designed to match the width and finish of The Frame TV, providing enhanced audio and an unobtrusive aesthetic.

“Our dealers have been asking us to design an audio solution for The Frame since it first hit the market and we’re excited to finally have a soundbar that was exclusively designed to pair with it,” said Noah Kaplan, Leon’s Founder and President. “We know that the appeal of The Frame is that it doesn’t look like a TV at all, so it was important to our design team to give FrameBar an ultra-modern look with multiple finish options while also keeping the design as minimalistic as possible.”

FrameBar is available in 2 models and is built-to-order to match the exact width of any model of The Frame TV 43” and above. A variation of Leon’s popular HzUT soundbar, it features 2.5” audiophile-grade woofers and 22mm cloth-dome tweeters in an ultra-thin cabinet only 2.375” deep that mounts flush to the wall. FrameBar comes in 4 finishes: White, Black, Brown, and Beige, to match The Frame finishes offered by Samsung, and it features flat moulding with an exposed cabinet edge on the front of the soundbar. While FrameBar ships standard with a black fabric grille cloth, there is the option to upgrade to a collection of designer grille fabrics to give the installation an even more customized look.

FrameBar is currently available to order and now shipping to Leon’s network of dealers worldwide.

Leon Introduces Tonecase FIT Universal, a Versatile Mounting Solution for any Sonos Soundbar

Designed to mount any Sonos soundbar to the TV—including the new Sonos Arc, Leon’s new TcFIT-U makes Sonos integration easier and more design-friendly than ever before.

[Ann Arbor, MI] – May 14, 2020 – Expanding on their popular Tonecase line of technology concealment products, Leon announced today the introduction of a new model to the line, the patent-pending TcFIT-U, a universal mounting solution that mounts any Sonos® soundbar to the TV, including the new Sonos Arc®. The TcFIT-U system includes a signature Leon custom grille built to match the exact width of the TV, blending the soundbar with the display for a streamlined look.

“Building on the success of our TcFIT, we wanted to provide our dealers with a design solution that could add style to any Sonos soundbar,” said Noah Kaplan, Leon’s Founder & President. “It has always been our vision to blend design with technology, and our new TcFIT-U expands that vision beyond just the Playbar to include the whole Sonos soundbar family.”

Developed with versatility in mind, the Tonecase FIT Universal comes in 3 models that offer adjustable depth to accommodate any Sonos soundbar, including the Beam, Playbar, and Arc. It mounts directly to any TV up to 98” diagonal using one of Leon’s undermount brackets, and the entire unit is covered with a custom-width fabric grille that comes standard in black with the option to upgrade to a collection of designer grille fabrics. TcFIT-U can be integrated into Leon’s Edge Media Frame, a product that encases a TV and soundbar with a contemporary frame that is available in a selection of wood and metallic finishes. In addition to Sonos soundbars, the TcFIT-U can also house a variety of soundbars from other manufacturers as well.

Tonecase FIT Universal will begin shipping to Leon’s network of dealers in July. The product will eventually replace Leon’s current Tonecase FIT models as the Sonos Playbar® is phased out.

[Ann Arbor, MI] – May 22, 2019 – Leon Speakers announced today that they have added a new member to their leadership team, Melissa Price, former CEO of dPOP, a Detroit-based, commercial interior design studio that is part of Dan and Jennifer Gilbert’s family of over a hundred companies. Melissa will be working as Leon’s Director of Strategy, developing partnerships and continuing to grow Leon’s commercial market share. Her extensive experience working in the interior design, IT, and facilities management fields makes her a natural fit for Leon, a culture-driven company that has been delivering sound and style to the AV industry for over 20 years.

Leon Brings Enhanced Sound and Style to Sonos® with Launch of Ente Series

Leon Brings Enhanced Sound and Style to Sonos® with Launch of Ente Series

The new series provides integrators with plug-and-play products that

turn audio into art—all powered by the new SONOS AMP®

[Ann Arbor, MI] – May 22, 2019 – Working in collaboration with Sonos to develop a line of lifestyle products focused around their Amp, Leon Speakers has launched a new series of products that bring the sound and style that they are known for to the Sonos platform. The Ente Series is comprised of three products: the Ente Sound Sculpture, the Ente SoundTile, and the Ente Soundbar—all featuring power by the SONOS AMP and audio by Leon.

“Our Tonecase line has been hugely popular with our dealers and the Ente Series is the next evolution of our solutions for Sonos,” said Noah Kaplan, Leon’s Founder and President. “Ente makes technology concealment easy for integrators, providing a design-friendly, plug-and-play solution that easily integrates into any Sonos system.”

Ente Sound Sculpture

The Ente Sound Sculpture is a wall-hanging sculptural piece that brings sound, light, and form together to create a dynamic entertainment experience. Wave-like, black and white Baltic Birch panels are interspersed between audio channels, creating a one-of-a-kind statement piece that adds both performance and style to the Sonos home or office.

Ente SoundTile

Art and audio in one, Leon’s Ente SoundTile may look like a piece of art, but behind the grill is two channels of reference-grade audio and a SONOS AMP. Chosen artwork is screen-printed onto a perforated metal grill, completely concealing the technology behind it. The Ente SoundTile can be customized to suit any décor and is a great piece for the home or in commercial spaces like lobbies and reception areas.

Ente Soundbar

While it’s often the goal for speakers to blend in, products like the Ente Soundbar are designed to keep the audio on display. Perfect for mounting below a TV, this Sonos-powered soundbar has a unique aesthetic that features a handcrafted Baltic Birch cabinet with exposed, raw edges and a stylized center grill.

The Ente Series is now available to order for Leon’s network of dealers worldwide. Learn more about the Ente Series on Leon’s website.
