Ihiji Introduces New Invision Lite Service Level at ISE 2017, Bringing Affordable Remote Systems Management to Technology Professionals Worldwide
Ihiji Invision Lite allows service technology professionals to introduce the benefits of remote network monitoring and remote reboot service to a wider range of clients with no added fees
Austin, TX & Amsterdam, RAI, NL (January 27, 2017) — Ihiji, the leading provider of remote technology solutions for integrators since 2009, introduces its Invision Lite service level at
Stand # 6-M170 during Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Amsterdam, February 7-10, 2017.
Dealers who have an Ihiji Invision subscription for remote network monitoring and management can take advantage of Ihiji Invision Lite, the service level that permits technicians to use Ihiji Invision as their “Universal Remote Control” for remote reboots of IP-based Power Distribution Units (PDU), Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), and Managed Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches at any site with an Ihiji network appliance.
Ihiji dealers can perform reboot actions, monitor internet uptime, and test internet speeds at no added cost to themselves or their customers. Sites with Lite service do not count towards a dealer’s monthly Ihiji Invision subscription price.
“This is one of the biggest changes to our pricing model since Ihiji was launched in 2009,” says Ihiji Co-Founder and VP of Product Michael Maniscalco. “It is an incredible value for our dealers and makes Ihiji Invision the most cost effective solution available for both reactive and proactive remote support.”
There are a number of advantages to the new Ihiji Invision Lite service:
- As part of a company’s Invision subscription, dealers can use Lite service across ALL of their clients’ locations for NO additional monthly fee.
- Unlimited reboots of PDU, UPS and PoE devices are included. Dealers can manage ALL of their power devices, regardless of manufacturer, from within Ihiji Invision.
- Dealers can limit the number of solutions that technicians need to be trained on by using a single application, Ihiji Invision, for ALL remote support.
- WAN Performance, speed testing, and limited Network Scanning are supported for no additional monthly fee.
- Internet uptime and DNS monitoring is included for no additional monthly fee.
- The Ihiji Invision iOS and Android Mobile App can be used with Lite service.
Help “Problem Customers” Faster with Invision Lite
Dealers can take advantage of this new level of service by deploying Ihiji Invision to all job sites, especially new projects, warranty jobs, problematic installations, and distant locations. In order to deploy the system quickly and monitor all jobs without impacting their monthly Invision subscription fee, dealers should keep a spare inventory of Ihiji network appliances on service vehicles and install them at any site where the company rolls a truck for a service call.
If a job shows continual issues under the Invision Lite subscription, dealers can upgrade to a Standard subscription and obtain more detailed information for troubleshooting without having to roll a truck.
An Affordable and Comprehensive Remote Systems Management Solution
In addition to new lower pricing and hundreds of new Ihiji Invision product integrations announced over the course of 2016, Ihiji continues to uniquely deliver an affordable and comprehensive, profit-driving Remote Systems Management (RSM) solution for integrators. The company’s award-winning platform ensures deep visibility and prompt resolution of network-related deviations. Formerly of VIA International, VIA Home, and Paragon Technology Group (acquired by VIA International), Marty joins the Ihiji client technology team to guide dealers toward an effective RMR business model.
AUSTIN & DALLAS, TX
(Sept. 14, 2015)
Ihiji—the leading remote-managed services provider for the technology integration market since 2009 announced today that it has hired industry veteran and HTSA board member Evan Marty to join their Client Technology Team.
Already busy in the company’s brand new Austin headquarters and in attendance at this week’s Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) Fall Conference in Chicago, Illinois, Marty brings more than 20 years of experience in the custom integration industry to Ihiji.
As part of the company’s Client Technology Team, Marty will focus on nurturing key Ihiji dealers as they work to develop and expand their recurring monthly revenue streams through Software-as-a-Service offerings provided through Ihiji remote network monitoring and management solutions, including Ihiji invision software and the forthcoming Ihiji ServiceManager, to be introduced at the 2015 CEDIA Expo.
In the Trenches with Ihiji
Marty joins Ihiji directly from VIA International, where he co-developed Home Manager, a proprietary web-based application that is an aggregation of tools designed to achieve operational efficiency throughout the organization. The solution includes Ihiji remote network management solutions, project documentation repositories, and support ticketing, helping VIA to better implement and manage their customer support services business.
Prior to joining VIA International, Marty held the title of Director of Technology Services at Paragon Technology Group, where he was instrumental in bringing Ihiji remote monitoring and management to his organization as a means to reduce operational costs, improve the client experience, and generate new services revenue.
“I was one of the world’s first five users of the Ihiji appliance and Ihiji invision solution,” says Marty proudly. “I quickly became one of the most vocal evangelists for the brand, and I’m excited to bring that passion and knowledge to the organization, where I can actively help dealers reduce costly truck rolls and realize increased profits through service contracts.”
On a Mission to Help Technology Integrators
Marty remains a board member for the buying group HTSA, where he works with technology integrators to improve their marketing, procurement, and overall business operations. He brings these same concepts and vision to Ihiji integrators, helping them improve efficiencies and strengthen their position in the marketplace.
“We welcome Marty to our team with enthusiasm. As a former successful Ihiji dealer with decades of industry experience, he is uniquely qualified to guide our customers toward a business model that focuses on service contracts as a means of recurring monthly revenue,” says Ihiji Founder Stuart Rench.
