‘Unplug to Connect’ with All-Levels ‘AV Yoga’ Session at CEDIA Expo 2022

AV Yoga

Self-care is more important than ever and tradeshows can be grueling. AV Yoga offers a group yoga practice Saturday, October 1, to help CEDIA Expo attendees network and de-stress.

DALLAS, TX (September 12, 2022) — AV Yoga—a group of AV industry peers and a community of yoga practitioners—is excited to announce the first-ever in-person AV Yoga @ CEDIA Expo, hosted by KMB Communications and sponsored by CEDIA, Leon Speakers, Apex Technologies US, D-Tools, Integration Controls, Kaleidescape, NuTech Group, and PureTech Alliance.

This fun, all-levels practice is designed to help CEDIA Expo attendees de-stress and connect with friends and peers. The session will kick off the last day of the show, October 1, 2022 in Ballroom C1 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Doors open at 7:00 am and the group practice will begin at 7:30, going for roughly an hour. From 8:30-9:00 attendees can wind down and network with others or go prep for the day ahead and be on the show floor when it opens. The cost for this session is $25 per person and the first 30 registrants will receive a free yoga mat with the AV Yoga @ CEDIA Expo logo. “What started as a weekly Covid-era online gathering of AV industry peers from around the globe doing yoga together has grown into a tight-knit community that has connected in a way no one could ever have imagined. It’s a place where all are truly welcome, there is zero judgment, and everyone comes as they are. We have a ton of fun together,” says Katye McGregor Bennett, CEO of KMB Communications and AV Yoga founder.

AV Yoga is led by Maddie Ringer of Sunshine Yoga located in Red Lodge, Montana. A dynamic and interactive instructor, Maddie will include inspirational stories, mantras, and exercises that can be taken home and incorporated into your daily routine to reduce stress, increase flexibility, gain strength inside and out, and even get a better night’s sleep. AV Yoga @ CEDIA Expo will be uniquely designed to accommodate attendees of all abilities—no experience is needed.

“Maddie (Ringer) makes yoga easy to learn and fun. Her style of teaching is highly relatable and entertaining. You’ll walk away feeling revitalized, refreshed, reinspired, and ready to rock the last day of CEDIA Expo!” McGregor Bennett exclaims. “This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, see people in person, and learn some ways to relieve stress and tension. We’ll be done before the show opens so you can still get a full day in at CEDIA Expo. What better way to wrap up a tradeshow than that?”

Access Networks partners with NetAlly to distribute full line of basic to advanced testing equipment designed to more effectively plan, install, validate, and troubleshoot vitally important wired and wireless networks.

LOS ANGELES, CA (January 12, 2022) – Access Networks is making it even easier for integrators to properly design, deploy, validate, and troubleshoot wired and wireless residential Wi-Fi networks by offering a full range of testing and analysis tools from leading manufacturer NetAlly. The partnership demonstrates Access Networks’ continued commitment to helping integrators prosper in the challenging IT marketplace. From simple handheld measurement devices to comprehensive software platforms, Access Networks’ new line of NetAlly products provides instant visibility in the palm of the hand for efficient problem solving, streamlined workflow, reduced service calls, and greater customer satisfaction through network optimization.

“The NetAlly partnership rounds out our service and support program nicely, giving integrators yet another method to ensure successful deployments of home networks, says Bryce Nordstrand, Vice President, General Manager of Managed Services at Snap One. “Our mission has always been to support our Partners through innovation, pre- and post-installation support, and exceptional customer service, so providing quick, easy access to proven testing and validation tools was a logical next step in our progression as a leading home networking provider.”

Adds Nathan Holmes, Senior Manager, Training at Snap One, “The addition of NetAlly solutions is a perfect complement to our on-site consultations and custom design and service assistance. It gives our Partners tools they can use themselves in the field to validate network performance that’s quick and relatively easy. Our Partners were asking for an alternative to our on-site surveys, and now, through our partnership with NetAlly, they can handle many of the same validation tasks themselves.”

Through NetAlly products offered by Access Networks, integrators can proactively identify and locate interference, accurately plan and design Wi-Fi 6 networks before rolling out APs, observe the Wi-Fi coverage and reach of APs, and create visual heatmaps for reference, among many other tasks.
